Shipping & Delivery
Expect your order to take up to 4 business days to be produced and shipped. Because of the package size, all of our beds are shipped FedEx Ground service, and you should expect it to take between 2 to 5 business days shipping time depending on your location. So a total of 6-9 business days from the date of your order. Because of the carton size, we simply can't offer express shipping. We take every precaution to ensure that your credit card information is secure using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard security protocol. The website is loaded through a secure URL at checkout and customer information, including your credit card information is SSL encrypted.

For payment transmissions we use the latest industry standard, a payment gateway with Authorize.net — a leading service provider. Returns & Replacements

Because the internet makes it impossible for us to show you the outstanding quality and workmanship of a Dawg-Tired dog bed, it leaves room for you to question just how nice your new Dawg Tired bed will be. Easy enough to fix. If for any reason, when your bed arrives, it does not meet or exceed your quality expectations, return it to us — no questions asked — for a complete refund (less shipping charges).

To qualify for a QSG (Quality Satisfaction Guarantee) beds must be returned UNUSED, in the box you received them, along with the a Return Authorization Code you can obtain through customer service here at Dawg Tired. Ordering
You may place your order via our web site at any time — 24/7. Orders placed online can be tracked by signing up for a user account. Beds are sewn to order and shipped within 3-4 business days.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Dawg Tired, LLC accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We're sorry, but we cannot accept checks. For custom order items your credit card is charged at time of order processing and shipment may be anywhere from 3-4 days after that. Again, please allow up to 2-5 days for shipping via ground depending on your location.

Dawg Tired, LLC is required to collect sales tax on orders in WI at 5.5%.
